Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Service Description
MoveBoard is an AI-powered inventory platform operated by Relovia that connects customers ("Clients") who are planning a move with licensed moving companies ("Movers"). MoveBoard provides an AI-guided room-by-room inventory tool that generates a verified inventory report. Clients publish their inventory as a listing, and Movers may submit flat-rate bids. MoveBoard is a marketplace facilitator and is not itself a moving company or carrier.
2. Payment Terms
Clients pay a one-time listing fee of $49 USD to publish their inventory and receive bids from verified Movers. This fee is non-refundable once the listing has gone live and is visible to Movers. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. MoveBoard does not store payment card information.
Moving company subscription and per-bid fees are governed by separate agreements presented at the time of Mover enrollment.
3. User Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide an accurate, complete, and honest inventory of all items to be moved. Deliberately omitting items, misrepresenting item sizes or quantities, or providing false information may result in forfeiture of the $49 listing fee and removal of the listing without refund. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the right to authorize the move of all listed items.
4. Mover Responsibilities
Movers who submit a bid agree to honor that bid as a flat-rate price based on the published inventory. Movers may not increase the agreed price after bid acceptance except in cases of material undisclosure by the Client that is documented and submitted to MoveBoard within 24 hours of the move date. Movers are responsible for obtaining all required licenses, insurance, and permits under applicable state and federal law.
5. Limitation of Liability
MoveBoard is a technology platform and does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any moving services. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MoveBoard, its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform or any move facilitated through it, including but not limited to damaged goods, delayed moves, or disputes between Clients and Movers.
MoveBoard's total cumulative liability to any party shall not exceed the amount paid by that party to MoveBoard in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
7. Changes to Terms
MoveBoard reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
